This blog originally started as a “all the quirks, annoyances and nuances of life in small town Texas and Texas in general” blog. Now, it has evolved into a team-driven blog about various topics aside from simply Texas and small town living. The two most active team members are Matthew and Buck. See below for a short biography of each.

Buck

Works in IT, particularly with Linux. Enjoys traditional martial arts as well as MMA. Also loves to read and is very grateful for his family which is the highlight of his life. Buck is also beginning to learn how to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle.

Matthew

Currently a college student, double-majoring in philosophy and religious studies, Matthew enjoys writing and has written multiple articles and editorials to papers, as well as writing and publishing an underground newspaper at his previous school. In his personal life Matthew enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, writing, and learning new things.
